At Jersey Empire Adventure (operated by Cardoso Events), we are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018 and GDPR standards.

To provide our services, we collect the following information:

• Account Info: Name, email address, and chosen username.
• Live Location: While the game is active (08:00 - 18:00 on your game day), we process your GPS coordinates to trigger game events and show your position on the map.
• Photos: Any selfies or photos uploaded during landmark challenges.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is strictly used for game mechanics, leaderboard standings, and customer support. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Data Retention

Account data is kept as long as you maintain an active account. Game session data (location logs) are purged regularly after each session ends. Final net worth and team names are stored in our Hall of Fame unless you request removal.

4. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time. You can also withdraw your consent for location processing by closing the game app.
